With the Australian Government’s Express Plus Child Support mobile app you can pay Child Support, view your Child Support payments, update your details and more.

To use the app you need to have a myGov account linked to your Child Support online account.

To setup a myGov account go to my.gov.au

If you need help to setup a myGov account, or link to Child Support go to humanservices.gov.au/onlineguides

To sign into the app for the first time, use your myGov sign in details and create a PIN.

You’ll then use your myGov PIN to sign into the app in future.

With our app, you can:
• check when your payments are due
• check how much to pay and make your payments
• check how much you’ll receive
• view your payment history
• view and update your personal and bank details
• update change of care arrangements
• upload documents to Child Support
• update your income estimate

The Express Plus Medicare mobile app makes it easier for you to do your Medicare business online.
Use the app to do a range of things 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

With the app you can:

• submit Medicare claims
• update your bank account details and contact information
• order a replacement or duplicate Medicare card
• view a digital copy of your Medicare card details and current card members
• view, download, print or email your Medicare Claims History Statements for the last 3 years
• view your Medicare Safety Net balance
• register or change your organ donation decision
• view a digital copy or request a new organ donor card
• view, download, print or email immunisation history statements for:
- yourself
- your child under the age of 14
• locate a service centre.

Set up the app

You need a myGov account linked to Medicare to use the app.

If you need help creating a myGov account or linking Medicare, go to humanservices.gov.au/onlineguides

To use the app, sign in with your myGov username, password and secret answer and create a 4-digit PIN. You’ll then use this PIN to sign in to your app in the future.

Once you set up a PIN for the Express Plus Medicare mobile app, if you already have the Express Plus Child Support mobile app, your Medicare PIN will work for both apps. If you choose to reset your PIN for either app, your new PIN will also apply to the other app....
Express Plus Lite

Report your employment income and participation details in Arabic, Chinese, Persian (Farsi) or Vietnamese with the Express Plus Lite mobile app. No need to visit a service centre or wait on the phone.

You can:
• report your employment income in Arabic, Chinese, Persian (Farsi) or Vietnamese
• receive reporting reminders
• record your daily earnings using the timesheet tool.

Please download Express Plus Centrelink if you would like to do your Centrelink business in English.

To use Express Plus Lite, you need to be registered for a Centrelink online account. You can use your existing Centrelink Customer Access Number (CAN) and Centrelink online account password to set up your 4-digit PIN for the first time.

Logging on to the app each time is simple—just enter your 4-digit PIN.

The Express Plus Centrelink mobile app makes it even easier for you to do your Centrelink business online.

To use the app you need a myGov account linked to your Centrelink online account.

With Express Plus Centrelink you can do most of the things you do in your Centrelink online account. No need to visit an office or wait on the phone us! You can:

· view and update your personal details, including study details

· report your employment income

· view and update your family income estimate and payment choices

· check your payments

· upload documents to Centrelink

. view your Child Care Subsidy details

· apply for or pay back an advance payment

· track the progress of a range of online claims

· view your Centrelink letters

· view and save your Centrelink appointments in your personal calendar and set reminders.

. view digital copies of your Centrelink concession or health care cards

If you use a BasicsCard or your payments are income managed, you can manage your own money, see your available balance and view recent transactions on your BasicsCard.

To sign in to the app, use your myGov sign in details and create a myGov PIN. You’ll then use your myGov PIN to sign in to your app in future.

PRODA Code Generator

The Provider Digital Access (PRODA) Code Generator will generate a verification code to offer additional security when logging into your Department of Human Services (DHS) Provider Digital Access account.

First you must create a PRODA account (humanservices.gov.au/proda). Once you have created your PRODA account you will need to link the app to it. To link the app enter your PRODA username and password in the app when prompted. You may then create an optional 4 digit pin to restrict access to the PRODA Code Generator

Once set-up, each time you open the app it will generate a unique 6 digit code. You can then use this code along with your username and password to securely login to your PRODA account.

You will need to be able to access this app on your smart device each time you attempt to login to your PRODA account. You do not require network or cellular connection to generate a code via the app....

ABOUT THE APP
The myGov Code Generator app creates codes. You enter a code from the app when you’re signing in to your myGov account at my.gov.au. You can’t sign in to your myGov account through the app.
You use the code generated by the app instead of SMS codes or secret questions.

SET UP THE APP
After you download the app, you need to set it up on your device. The app will generate codes after you’ve finished setting it up.
During set up:
• we’ll ask you to read and accept the Terms of Use
• we’ll ask you to set up SMS codes as your sign in back-up, if you use secret questions
• your myGov sign in option will change to use a code from this app, instead of SMS codes or secret questions
• your myGov account sign in settings will automatically register your device for the app.

USING THE APP
Once you’ve set up the app on your device:
1. go to my.gov.au
2. sign in to myGov with your username and password
3. open the app and enter the 6 digit code.

UNINSTALLING THE APP OR GETTING A NEW DEVICE
You could lose access to your myGov account if you:
• uninstall the app from your device
• get a new device.

To prevent losing access to your account, you must change your myGov account sign in settings.

IF YOU LOSE YOUR DEVICE
If you lose your device with the app installed, you can still access your account with your sign in back-up. You’ll need to change your myGov account setting sign in options. If you don’t have a back-up, you’ll lose access to your account.

APP TIMER AND CODE
A new code will display every 30 seconds. A countdown timer resets each time a new code generates. You have a further 30 seconds to use the code before it expires.
You’ll need to use a new code each time you sign in to your myGov account. You can copy and paste the code, if you sign in to my.gov.au on the same device.
