Written by psychologists and psychiatrists, this program is based on extensive international literature surrounding the benefits of Mindfulness Meditation to reduce stress, manage change and build connection.

The Program:
Mind the Bump provides tailored exercises to mentally and emotionally support you from day one of pregnancy through to 24 months after birth.
