By taking a few minutes to focus on your breath a couple of times a day, you are able to clear your mind and heighten both your energy level along with your focus and mental capacity.

We made it easy for beginners to get started with breathing exercises. All you have to do, is remember to breathe for a few minutes a couple times every day. Two or three times a day for no more than a couple of minutes should be fine. Start with this and allow yourself to experiment and find your own rhythm. You are unique, so is everyone else. Allow your breath to follow the animations on the screen, with a deep breath in and a deep breath out, do this for about 10-15 breaths or approximately two minutes.
