Connect to our chatbot, Arti, and a dedicated team of real people through your mobile whenever and wherever suits you.
You don’t need to be an existing Nationwide member to download the app.
• 24/7 service from our ChatBot, Arti. Also, the ability to get help through the App from our mortgage team, available from 8am to 6pm Mon-Fri
• Support to guide you through the steps to your mortgage application, including being able to book your appointment
• Chat with one of our agents for updates on how your mortgage application is progressing
• Saved chat history. You can pick up the conversation where you left off, so you don’t have to tell us the same thing twice. And you can review any information we’ve already shared whenever you like.
• Safe and secure messaging service. Use Touch or Face ID.
• Select a Preferred Agent, and if they’re available we’ll connect you with them each time you need help.
You can now send your mortgage documents directly to one of our team in the app.
We’ve also introduced in-app message boards to tell you what’s new in the latest version of the app, and changed our app icon.
