myNationwide is a new quick, easy and convenient way to message us with your mortgage questions. Whether you’re a first time buyer, looking for an update on your application, or looking to borrow more – we’re here to help.
Connect to our chatbot, Arti, and a dedicated team of real people through your mobile whenever and wherever suits you.

You don’t need to be an existing Nationwide member to download the app.

Features:
• 24/7 service from our ChatBot, Arti. Also, the ability to get help through the App from our mortgage team, available from 8am to 6pm Mon-Fri
• Support to guide you through the steps to your mortgage application, including being able to book your appointment
• Chat with one of our agents for updates on how your mortgage application is progressing
• Saved chat history. You can pick up the conversation where you left off, so you don’t have to tell us the same thing twice. And you can review any information we’ve already shared whenever you like.
• Safe and secure messaging service. Use Touch or Face ID.
• Select a Preferred Agent, and if they’re available we’ll connect you with them each time you need help.

-- I’ve never used the app before. How do I start?
Tap the ‘Get’ button on the screen to download the app. Once downloaded, simply follow the instructions on screen. From there, all you’ll need are your Nationwide account details or debit card and card reader and the app will help you finish setting up.
