Mudgeeraba Redbacks Junior Rugby League Club is "your" local Junior Rugby League Club.

From humble beginnings in 1992 we are now one of the fastest growing Junior Rugby League Clubs within South East Queensland.

Our juniors have gone on to play not only First Grade in the NRL, but also representative Rugby League at both State of Origin and National level.

Our home ground is Firth Park Mudgeeraba (cnr Springbrook Rd and Somerset Drive).

We have our own internal Coaching and Player development program and many of our Coaches are scheduled to participate in external training programmes and seminars under the direction of both the Gold Coast Titans and the Queensland Rugby League.

Our distinctive red and black jerseys are well recognisable throughout the District and they are even more recognisable since 2009.

So come along to the Redbacks, the Mighty Mudgee Redbacks, where we seek results whilst having HEAPS of fun.

During this time the club has come up with some fantastic ideas and innovative plans to ensure the strength of the club continues long in to the future.

One of the main areas the club was looking to improve on was the way in which it was currently communicating with its players, members, supporters and sponsors.

With a forward thinking and a dynamic board the club was actively pursuing different methods which would enable them to improve on their existing communication channels.

After conducting a review of all the options available to them the club is pleased to announce the release of their first ever native mobile phone app for the iPhone.

"South Springvale Soccer Club was founded in 1968 by Greek immigrants whom migrated to Australia in the early to mid 1960’s. The club was initially called Sandown Dynamo and played out of Springvale High Schools’ facilities. During the next 12 years Sandown Dynamo competed in the lower amateur leagues, however as the clubs following grew bigger the need to relocate it’s headquarters became more apparent.

In 1980 the club shifted to Warner Reserve whilst also changing it’s name to South Springvale Soccer Club. Over the next two decades the club endured many good years culminating in three championships in 1990, 1991 and 1995 whilst also claiming the State League Cup in 1994. The team is currently competing in the FFV State league 1 competition.
